Our talented and enthusiastic consultants are eager to learn about your business and quickly contribute value, showcasing their capabilities before transitioning to your permanent staff after 12 months.
Designed specifically to identify, recruit, train, and deploy technical, support, and project-focused staff, the program caters to various roles such as project management, business analysis, software development, testing, support, and network engineering.
Our consultants receive support from our workforce management team and are hired with the intention of transitioning to your staff, with a pre-agreed salary and benefits package. Clients have the option to transfer consultants to direct employment at no additional cost after the initial 12-month engagement, usually based on the achievement of agreed KPIs or performance assessment goals.
The program is competitively priced, enabling you to secure a proven resource within a mutually agreed salary range.
The contract-to-permanent model allows you to hire staff without a one off fee that can often be outside of existing budgets or head count constraints.
When you are able to bring on additional head count, you will be able to hire a pre-validated resource who already knows your business, with specific project and process knowledge.
