The Aquarium's Contractor to Permanent Transition Program offers a cost-effective solution for businesses or government organisations to hire staff in a risk-free manner. Our talented and enthusiastic consultants are eager to learn about your business and quickly contribute value, showcasing their capabilities before transitioning to your permanent staff after 12 months.

Designed specifically to identify, recruit, train, and deploy technical, support, and project-focused staff, the program caters to various roles such as project management, business analysis, software development, testing, support, and network engineering.

Our consultants receive support from our workforce management team and are hired with the intention of transitioning to your staff, with a pre-agreed salary and benefits package. Clients have the option to transfer consultants to direct employment at no additional cost after the initial 12-month engagement, usually based on the achievement of agreed KPIs or performance assessment goals.
